"Modern Studio Apartment in Yugo Alvarium – Available from March"

I am looking for someone to take over my cozy studio apartment at Yugo Alvarium in Frankfurt am Main starting in March. My contract officially ends at the end of March, but I am moving out in late February.Therefore, there are two options:

1) Sublease the apartment for the month of March only (945€).
2) Take over a new tenancy agreement starting in March, typically for a 6 or 12-month period: in this case 880€.

I have lived here since October and can say it’s been an amazing experience. The apartment is a private studio, offering complete privacy, but the vibrant student community (the building has 7 floors with a beautiful rooftop) makes it easy to meet new people and build friendships.
The apartment is situated in a quiet area and well-connected with public transport (only 3 minutes by walk), offering both convenience and a pleasant environment to live in. Whether you’re new to Frankfurt or looking for a fresh start, this studio is perfect for students or interns (please note that university enrollment is required).
