Before booking, please familiarize yourself with our house rules:
- Check-in from 15:00 and check-out before 10:00
- Parties or events are not permitted, and no more than 2 guests are allowed without prior approval
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM
- Utilities are covered within a limit of 120 euros, exceeding which the tenant is responsible for any additional expenses incurred
- Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.
