The hustle and bustle of the well-known and popular Goya Street contrast with the tranquility of this apartment, whose patio is a true haven of peace, where the only sound you hear is the gentle trickle of water from the iron fountain that presides over it.

The immense kitchen and charming living room, together with the terrace, form a delightful social space, where the blend of contemporary and vintage elements, with original antique pieces, leads to a very fresh and special result. The original carpentry is noteworthy, its restoration by true master carpenters adding a good dose of quality and warmth to the whole.

The living room offers three areas: a seating area consisting of a three-seater sofa and two additional seats, with the TV on a cart on the opposite wall; a dining area with four playful chairs, although it has capacity for six people; and a conservatory between the living room and the terrace, ideal for winter afternoons, equipped with a table set and two armchairs, as well as a floor lamp.

The terrace is accessed from both the living room and the kitchen. It features a dining area at one end next to the kitchen, with a table and two chairs, and a relaxation area at the opposite end, where the modern fountain is located. A hammock next to it invites you to long and peaceful naps.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances (including a washer-dryer and dishwasher) and has a varied set of utensils for 4 people. Additionally, it has a table for quick meals.

The combination of wooden furniture with cement floors and slate walls and wallpaper creates a very enveloping atmosphere that invites you to enjoy the kitchen as if it were another living room.

The private area of the house has two double bedrooms (two beds of 1.05 x 2 joined in each room) and two bathrooms with showers. The back bedroom has the en-suite bathroom, with a large window overlooking a patio. The second bathroom is located in the hallway, serving the other bedroom and the rest of the house as a guest bathroom. Large built-in closets, lined with mirrors, complete each bedroom, offering ample storage space.

The location of this property is very convenient, being perfectly connected to the rest of the city by public transport: taxi stand right outside, Goya metro station a few meters away, and several bus lines in the vicinity. Similarly, transportation by private car is very convenient as it is located near Príncipe de Vergara, Alcalá, and Velázquez streets, main roads that connect to the various entrances to the city.
