The apartment building is from 1900. There are a total of six rooms spread around the apartment, with two couple rooms and four single rooms. The uniqueness of this apartment is the large and spacious living room and dining room that are connected at the center of the apartment. This gives it the perfect hangout area, for movie nights, house dinners, game nights or just casual reading. There are two big bathrooms at each end of the apartment. The hallway leads to an open kitchen where there is lots of room for multiple people to make food simultaneously.
