A very large sunny individual room double bed with private shower in a shared flat on the ground and first floor apartment , comprising hall, 2common bathroom shower and 3 toilets , fully equipped kitchen ,living /dining room and garden . The room is clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way and comprise: double bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair , wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp ,sink, curtains (type Ikea, ...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a pillow and a duvet at your arrival . There’s also a washing machine and dryer ( in the bathroom ) at the deposal off the tenants and there is a weekly cleaning of the common parts of the flat .
