The apartment, in a nice and central area, consists of 7 single bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (including 1 ensuite) equipped with bathroom fixtures, shower and washing machine, a large entrance with living area and a kitchen complete with all appliances.

It is 10 min. walk from the Metro B station (Bologna) in the area served by everything (buses also at night, supermarkets and local market, shops, clubs, banks, post office etc.), a 15-minute walk from Tiburtina Station (MB) and a short distance from La Sapienza University, from the historic Villa Blanc (which houses, among other things, the Luiss Business School) and from the nightlife of Piazza Bologna, a renowned meeting point for students and tourists.
