The home is shared with a small number of housemates and offers a comfortable living room with a smart TV and large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bathrooms (a guest WC and a main bathroom with shower), and a washing machine and dryer. All bedrooms in the home have private door locks.

It is furnished with a 120 cm bed, an electric height-adjustable desk, an ergonomic office chair, and a large ThinkVision monitor (27–28”) with speakers and webcam, making it well suited for remote work or study. The room is located on the same floor as the main bathroom, which many guests find convenient. Underfloor heating keeps the room warm and comfortable all year.
