Downtown Reykjavík, the seaside walking path, Grandi’s restaurants and exhibitions, cafés, a swimming pool, and several supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. Free street parking and good bus connections make the location especially convenient.

The home is shared with a small number of housemates and offers a spacious living room with a smart TV, large sofa, and table that can be used for studying or remote work. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bathrooms (a guest WC and a main bathroom with shower), and a washing machine and dryer. All bedrooms in the home have private door locks.

This room is located on the upper floor, one level above the apartment entrance (second floor from the entrance). It is a bright and cozy private room furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, restored vintage furniture, and a wardrobe providing ample storage space. Blackout blinds create a dark and restful sleeping environment.

A small table is available in the room, and an Acer computer monitor has been added so you can easily set up a compact study or work area if needed. For larger workspace needs, the shared table in the living area is available. The room is located right next to the main bathroom on this level. Underfloor heating keeps the room warm and comfortable all year.
