The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and TV, rooms tailored for various preferences, and ample natural light with excellent cross ventilation. All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans, and the building includes two covered parking spaces (€50 each).

To join our welcoming community, we require a minimum stay of three months, a one-month deposit, and payment of the first month (or proportional) upon entry. You’ll share the apartment with friendly, fun, creative, and entrepreneurial individuals, perfect for making connections, enjoying drinks, or watching a football match together.

Situated in a prime location near universities, the tram, and bus No. 62, which provides direct access to Valencia’s city center, this co-living space offers convenience and everything you need for a fulfilling lifestyle.

Please note:

** Students must present their registration and financial means of payment.
** Workers must provide payroll and proof of financial means.
** If no payroll is available, the contract can be paid in full (six months + a one-month deposit).
** Rooms are for individual use only; couples and minors are not accepted.
** Smoking, vaping, and pets are not permitted.

Questions? We offer video tours to give you a full view of the apartment and will provide a model contract for your review. To reserve your room, you’ll transfer one month’s rent as a guarantee, and upon moving in, pay the first (or proportional) month along with the last month of your contract.

🕒 Check-in Time and Key Pickup
Check-ins are handled personally by a staff member, who will provide you with the keys. Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

The fees based on your arrival time are as follows:
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM → No additional charge.
7:00 PM to 8:30 PM → €20 (paid in cash to the person greeting you).
8:30 PM to 10:00 PM → €35 (in cash to the person greeting you).
After 10:00 PM → €50 (subject to prior confirmation and payable in cash to the person greeting you).

⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you’re running late, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

If you don’t show up or notify us in time, rescheduling the person in charge of handing over the keys will incur an additional surcharge depending on the time of availability.

🕒 CHECK-OUT TIMES
Please keep your return flight time in mind when planning your check-out:

Standard check-out: 10:00 AM (Latest check-out time at no extra charge).
Late check-out: Subject to availability.
Until 12:00 PM → 20€
Until 2:00 PM → 40€

💡 Remember that payments for late check-ins or check-out extensions must be made in cash directly to the person in charge of the keys.

Please confirm your flight details and estimated arrival time with us as soon as you have them, so we can arrange your check-in.

!!️ Please note:
- Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you.
- If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself. The measurements for the bedlinen are 90x190 for a single bed and 140x190 for a double bed.

📝 Please note that all pre–move-in payments (Security Deposit, Admin Fees, etc..) must be made directly to our bank account once your booking is confirmed.💳✨
