📋 RENTAL INFORMATION
To complete the check-in, the following payments are required upon arrival, cash on site:

Refundable at the end of the stay following the final inspection of the property.
💰 Last Month's Rent
Paid in advance at check-in.
💰 One-Time Administrative Fee
The amount varies depending on the length of stay and booking conditions.
At check-out, €80 per person will be deducted from the security deposit to cover professional final cleaning and sanitization of the apartment.
The remaining balance of the security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within approximately 24–48 hours after check-out, depending on the condition of the property following the final inspection.
