📋 Rental Information

To complete the check-in, the following payments are required upon arrival (cash on site):

• Security Deposit (refundable at the end of the stay after the final inspection)

• Last month's rent (paid in advance)

• One-time Administrative Fee (amount varies depending on the length of stay and booking conditions)

At check-out, €80 per person will be deducted from the security deposit to cover professional final cleaning and apartment sanitization.

The remaining balance of the security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within approximately 24–48 hours after check-out, following the final inspection of the property.
