In pieno centro a Milano vicino metro Isola e stazione Garibaldi, affitto una graziosa stanza singola con balcone e parete cucina ad uso esclusivo all'interno della stanza. Il bagno è in condivisione con l'unico altro ospite dell'appartamento. L'affitto mensile è di 700 euro, comprensivo di tutte le spese come gas, elettricità, acqua, spese condominiali e connessione wifi e pulizia mensile. È richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 800 euro, che verrà restituito al termine del soggiorno se la proprietà non presenta danni. La durata minima dell'affitto è di 1 mesi, con un massimo di 12 mesi.
Il prezzo per periodi brevi è piu alto, sentiti libero di scrivermi per sapere il prezzo.

In the heart of Milan near Isola metro and Garibaldi station, I rent a nice single room with balcony and kitchen wall for exclusive use inside the room. The bathroom is shared with the only other guest in the apartment. The monthly rent is 700 euros, including all expenses such as gas, electricity, water, condominium fees and wifi connection and monthly cleaning. A security deposit of 800 euros is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay if the property is not damaged. The minimum rental duration is 1 month, with a maximum of 12 months.
