This area of Milan is well-connected by public transport, including the M3 metro line, tram lines 12, 19, and 5, and buses 82, 90, and 92. The nearest train station is Milano Bovisa-Politecnico, just a 7-minute walk away.

The neighborhood is vibrant, especially around the Politecnico di Milano's Bovisa campus, with numerous student bars, affordable restaurants, and a flea market every Sunday in Piazza Emilio Alfieri.

Cleaning Arrangements 🧹

Self-Cleaning: Tenants are responsible for cleaning their rooms and shared areas.
OPTIONAL Cleaning Service: A cleaning lady can be arranged for 15 €/hour, paid directly by the tenants.
MANDATORY Cleaning: A weekly fee of 5 € (totaling 125 € for six months) is deducted from the deposit for bathroom cleaning.
