You will share:

- shared veranda from the kitchen/living room

There are 4 single rooms in total, so you will share the common areas with 3 other tenants. The atmosphere is quiet and organized, ideal for young professionals or researchers who need a comfortable base in Milan.

The building has full-time concierge service (Mon–Sat), also useful for receiving parcels. Fast fiber internet is included in the fixed costs.

The flat is located in Via Cassano d’Adda, a well-connected and safe area, only a few minutes’ walk from the new Moncler and Snam head(hidden) and from Fondazione Prada. The building is right next to Parco Autieri d’Italia, great for running or relaxing outdoors.

House rules:
no parties, no smoking inside the flat; smoking is allowed only on the veranda.
