The apartment of via Lodovico il Moro 125 is a multi-room shared apartment for university students, interns or young workers. It is located at the 6th floor of a residential building, with a very nice view of the Naviglio.

The street (and the entire neighborhood) that runs alongside the Navigli is named after Ludovico Sforza called il Moro. Continuing towards the “Darsena” it is possible to reach Ripa di Porta Ticinese, one of the most beautiful streets in Europe according to the New York Times’ ranking. Public transport and all commercial activities, including a supermarket, are within walking distance from the apartment. Along the canal there are cycle paths where it is possible to go jogging or walking through many km towards a green area of the Naviglio, or to reach the neighbourhood of the Navigli. This solution is perfect for students of NABA and IULM universities that do not want to live in the city center and look for a cheaper solution, although very well connected and served.

- DEPOSIT that it will be given back to you at the end of your stay.

- ONE TIME ADMIN FEE: We are a professional property management company and for this reason we also include initial and final cleaning of the room; cleaning of common area of the flat every two weeks; 2 bed-linen; contract activation and termination: professional assistance service and property maintenance during your stay: we will take care of everything!
Do you want to finish your contract earlier than agreed? Don’t worry, please inform us and if you find a substitute (of course we can also help you!), you can leave without any type of penalties.
