Il canone mensile di 650 euro e' inclusivo delle spese di elettricità, acqua, spese condominiali e connessione wifi e pulizia mensile. Il bagno è in comune con l'unico altro ospite dell'appartamento . All'interno della stessa stanza è disponibile una piastra elettrica per cucinare, tegami e
pentole. Per la prenotazione è richiesto un deposito di 800 euro, rimborsabile al termine del soggiorno in assenza di danni.
Il prezzo per periodi brevi è piu alto, sentiti libero di scrivermi per sapere il prezzo.

Situated in the heart of Milan, we offer a modern room near the Isola metro station. Bar with restaurants and supermarkets in close proximity. The monthly fee of 650 euros is inclusive utilities such as electricity, water, condominium expenses, and WIFI connection and monthly cleaning. The bathroom is shared with the only one other guest of the apartment. Inside the room there is an electric hob for cooking, pans and pots . A deposit of 800 euros is required, it is refundable at the end of the stay in the absence of any damages.
