This single room with private bathroom is fully furnished, with a fold-down bed with storage space, a desk, and a wardrobe. It features a kitchen with a living-dining room shared by six fully equipped rooms, ranging from 30m2 with a terrace, to 17m2, with internet and air conditioning. All inclusive: internet, water, heating, air conditioning, and unlimited access to common areas. Choose half board, full board, or room only.

🔸Fortnightly room cleaning is included in the rent.
