A small, cozy and comfortable room in a bright and peaceful apartment, right in the heart of Florence, next to the beautiful Basilica of Santa Croce.

The apartment has a lovely open terrace filled with plants, overlooking the rooftops and church towers of Florence. You can enjoy plenty of sunlight, beautiful views and even hear the church bells during the day. It is a peaceful and welcoming home, carefully looked after and always kept very clean.

The room is small but comfortable, with a 1.5-size bed, and is ideal for someone looking for a quiet place to stay while experiencing life in Florence. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is shared. There are only two people living in the apartment, so the atmosphere is calm and easygoing.

Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet, with windows facing the inner side of the building. The main train station is about a 25-minute walk away, with a beautiful route through some of Florence’s most famous landmarks.

I am Brazilian and have lived in Florence for 12 years. Having experienced life abroad myself, I understand how important it is to feel comfortable and welcome when living in another country. I enjoy a friendly, respectful and peaceful home environment.

The apartment is particularly well suited to students, professionals or anyone looking for a comfortable home in Florence for a short- or mid-term stay.
