I am looking for a female tenant who wants to rent a private room in my apartment. The apartment is located centrally in Dresden and is very close to bus/tram stations (2 min walk) and shops. Parking is available on the street without fees.
The apartment has two large bedrooms (one is currently used as a living room but could be turned into a bedroom), two bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room, a balcony and a small garden (40 m2). There is a pullout couch in the bedroom, but you could also bring a bed and other furniture if you want. Also towels etc. can be used upon request. The room has a lock. Washing machine as well as a fully equipped kitchen are available. A bike could be locked away in the basement or in the garden.
A cat lives with me in the apartment. Thus, the tenant should be cat-friendly.
I work at the university and am traveling a bit. I am also planning to move to my boyfriend, so wouldn't be around too much.
