We offer a private room in our family home, shared with a father and his adult daughter. It is a genuine home environment rather than a large shared apartment, ideal for someone looking for a quiet, friendly and international atmosphere.

📍 Excellent central location
The house is located in a central area, close to Dénia’s port, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, public transport and other everyday services all within easy walking distance.

🌍 International & welcoming environment
We have experience hosting international exchange students and visitors from different countries, and we speak English, making communication easy from the very beginning.

🎓💼 Ideal for students and professionals
Particularly suitable for:

* International students learning Spanish
* Professionals working temporarily in Dénia
* Foreign workers relocating to the area
* People looking for a comfortable temporary stay while getting to know Dénia

🧹 Comfort and services included
The coliving arrangement includes weekly cleaning and a weekly change of bed linen and towels, making your stay easy and comfortable.

We are looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful home, respectful coexistence and the opportunity to experience everyday life in Spain while improving their Spanish.

A great option for anyone looking for more than just a room: a comfortable home and a genuine local experience in Dénia.
