Located in the heart of Bologna's historic centre, this residence sits in a beautifully renovated period building featuring a characteristic inner courtyard, high ceilings, and large windows. The neighbourhood is one of Bologna's most lively student areas, just steps from Porta Saragozza and the iconic portico leading to the Sanctuary of San Luca - and within easy reach of the main university faculties by foot or public transport.
The room is a double, with a shared bathroom. All utilities are included in the monthly rent.
