I am looking for a subtenant for my room in a nice 2-person shared apartment in Bochum. The 16 m2 room is bright and has a pleasant layout. The room is furnished and the furniture can be used for the duration of the rental period. The furniture will of course be cleared out before the rental. Most of the furniture and appliances in the rest of the apartment will remain in the shared apartment and can be used (dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen, kitchen appliances, living room shelf, etc.).

The windows are new and soundproofed. The apartment is generally very modern and clean and comprises a small hallway, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, and a small storage room.

There is also a private basement room available for use, where you can easily store bicycles, barbecues, etc.
In the backyard, there is a spacious garden area that all residents can use to their heart's content.

The apartment is centrally located near Bochum Stadtpark and the Stadium.

Public transportation (tram and bus) connections are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 1-3 minutes walk); the 308/318 takes you to the main train station in 4 minutes, and the university can be reached in 15/16 minutes.

There are good parking spots around the building.

Shopping facilities (Aldi, Edeka, Rossmann, various bakeries, snack bars, etc.) are within walking distance (1-10 minutes).

The nearby park is ideal for relaxing or playing sports; gyms and hardware stores are also nearby (4-10 minutes by tram).

Your roommate will be Fabio.

Fabio is 25 years old and studies civil engineering. He also works part-time and loves going to the gym. That may sound boring at first, but he also enjoys many other occasional activities with friends and family.

We are looking for a reliable, uncomplicated, and fun person who will fit in well with our two-person shared apartment.

The room will ideally be available on February 13th. However, if necessary, a rent would also be possible from March 1st! The room is available until the end of June, then I‘ll move back in.
