For those who:
* are looking for a single bedroom in the vicinity of some faculties (Economy, Social Sciences...)
* are looking for quite and non-smoking room/apartment where parties are not allowed
* can share kitchen, bathroom and living room
* understand that taking care of the apartment/room takes some effort and organization of cleaning
* can share a space with 4 other students
* can follow house rules
* understand that apply a rental contract, deposit and a stay must be registered (temporarily residential permit)

Apartment has 5 single rooms, a kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms.

Parking - street public place, across the street, fees apply.

Groups' requests will not be accepted.
