The apartment is near facultities-economy, education, social sciences etc. In the apartment are 3 rooms, kitchen with dining room, bathroom with bathtub, balcony and hall. The room in the photo is for price 500 EUR including with utility costs. All other rooms (2) have different prices, depends on size.
