I am the main tenant, which also means that I am responsible for the whole apartment, including any potential damages or incidents. For this reason, it is important to me that a flatmate (subtenant) is someone who pays their share regularly and is respectful.

The apartment is located in a quiet and well-maintained building, but at the same time in a great location in Ljubljana.
Both the landlord and the neighbors are quite strict regarding noise in the evenings, so we are looking for a flatmate who values a clean, tidy, and peaceful environment.

Since we work a lot and usually wake up before 6 a.m., the apartment is not suitable for students who are still in their party lifestyle years or consider themselves night owls :)
