I rent private bedrooms in 6 bedroom house. The whole house is old and approx 150 m2 big, rooms from 9 to 25 m2. It is located in Zvonarska ulica, in the city centre, from where you can walk (or cycle) to many faculties (Faculty of Philosophy Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Chemistry, Faculty of Architecture,..). It is located in a quiet area and it has 2 bathrooms with shower, a kitchen and dining place, washing machine, refrigerator. Each room has at least one single or double bed, working place and wardrobe.
In front of the apartment is a terrace with garden, where we will put the table when the spring comes.
This room has 1 bed and is located on first floor. Monthly rent is for one person.
