The bright, 12 m2 room is located in a newly renovated old-style apartment in the quiet Rudolfkiez area of Berlin-Friedrichshain. The flat is on the first floor of the rear building, which makes it pleasantly quiet despite being close to the lively Warschauer Straße. The Ostkreuz station is only about a 10-minute walk away, and you’ll find plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants, and shops in the neighborhood.

The apartment (about 74 m2 in total) has three rooms and will be shared with me — one room is now becoming available. The room comes fully furnished, with wooden floors and large windows that let in lots of natural light. Shared spaces include a cozy living room with a sofa, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a bathtub. There’s also a washing machine and fast fiber-optic internet (50–100 Mbit/s) available.

The total rent is €655 per month, including utilities, with a €600 deposit required. The move-in date is flexible — anytime between November 1st and December 1st, 2025.
