My house has the advantage of being in a quiet, very beautiful, safe neighborhood (old Sarrià) and very well connected (we have the Sarrià metro stop 1 minute walk away) and in less than 10 minutes you can reach the center of Barcelona. It is a bright and cozy house. It has 3 double bedrooms, all exterior, a living room, a kitchen, also exterior and with lots of natural light. The available room is large, exterior, with lots of light, with a large L-shaped desk, a very comfortable single bed, with a bed underneath in case a guest comes, a large closet, shelves for books and a piano. In the house there are 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The house is fully equipped.

My husband Luis, 44 years old, an architect specializing in sustainable homes, my daughter Noa, 12 years old, and I, Alda, director of a cultural center in Barcelona, live at home. There are also 2 kittens living there, Simba and Nuka, they are very calm and affectionate.

We speak Spanish, English, French, Catalan and Italian.
