•100m2 Flat: 6 rooms tailored to students and young professionals.
•Comfortable Rooms: Each room comes complete with a double bed, desk, closet, and its own lock for privacy and security.
•Bathroom Facilities: 1 full bathroom + 1 toilette shared among residents.
•Weekly Cleaning: Enjoy a clean environment with 2 hours of cleaning service per week.
•Room Rental Contract: Rest easy with a legal contract for your chosen room.

Important: As this is a temporary rental, tenants must declare that they require the accommodation for a limited period and provide supporting documentation, such as proof of enrollment in studies, an internship agreement, a temporary work contract, or any other document verifying the temporary nature of their stay.
