Located in the heart of Barcelona, at Sardenya Street 326, this exclusive student residence offers a unique living experience just a few steps away from the iconic Sagrada Familia, one of the city’s most emblematic landmarks.

The residence features a total of 9 carefully designed rooms, created to provide comfort, functionality, and an ideal environment for studying. Each space is tailored for students who seek a शांत and focused atmosphere while still enjoying life in one of Barcelona’s most vibrant and well-connected neighborhoods.

Its prime location in the Eixample district allows residents to benefit from excellent public transport connections (metro and buses), as well as a wide range of shops, cafés, restaurants, and essential services within walking distance.

Living next to the Sagrada Familia not only means being surrounded by stunning architecture and history, but also being part of an international and dynamic environment, perfect for students from all over the world.

Important: Room reservations are for the full academic year only, from September to June.

Once the reservation has been accepted, we will request the necessary details via chat to register it in our system. The booking cannot be confirmed until this information has been received and subsequently approved. Afterwards, the contract will be sent by email for review and signature. Keys will only be handed over once the contract has been duly signed.

Check-in is free of charge at our office from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Check-ins outside these hours, as well as on weekends and public holidays, are subject to an additional fee starting from €100.
