Spacious room in a 3 bedroom apartment with with a lock on the door and a balcony to a quiet back patio. Twin beds (90x190cm), with bed linen and towels, 2 bedside tables, a bed side lamp, a desk and a chair, double cupboard, electric heater and fan.
Full bathroom and a separate toilet with hand basin shared. Maximum number of people 6 at a time in the apartment. Fully furnished kitchen with microwave oven, conventional oven, washing machine, cooker and all basic cooking utensils. Aircon only in the main room. Also a 32'' Smart Tv.
This apartment does not get direct sun light, as it is on a 1st floor, but this room is well lit during the day and enjoys plenty of artificial light at night.
Bills are worked out at 100€/month: 70€ for electricity, water and internet; 12€ for community charges and 18€ for extras (maintenance of electric appliances and drains, etc..). Bills are paid at the beginning of each month with the rent.
