Our residence offers you:
- 12 light and cozy bedrooms, 6 private (1 single bed) and 6 shared (2 twin beds), all with wi-fi and air conditioning.
- 3 well-equipped kitchens, each with its own fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, mini vacuum cleaner, laundry machine and ironing equipment, plus fresh bread delivery upon request.
- 6 clean and tidy bathrooms, some with hairdryer.
- Several fire extinguishers and security equipment.
- A small and fresh urban garden, with plants, chairs, tables, a mini-pool and an outdoor shower.
- A comfortable TV & Movies Room, with a sofa, pillows, board games, comics, graphic novels, and free access to movies channels.

Please note:
- We also provide two sets of bedding and towels and have common areas and bedroom cleaning services on a weekly basis.
- Bills (electricity, water, internet) are included in the price of the rooms (up to a cap limit).

Our residence is conveniently located next to the metro line, which can easily take you to FCT Nova, Piaget, Egas Moniz or Lisbon City Center.
You can also use the boat or the train to get to Lisbon city center. The neighbourhood is pretty calm and has many street shops, restaurants, green spaces, sports infrastructures, banks, etc.
