This bright and fully furnished 8 m2 room includes a 140x200 cm double bed, a built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside table, and lamp. All furniture and bedding are new, providing a cozy and practical environment for your stay. The room has a window facing the inner courtyard, and it comes with a bathroom shared with the other housemates.

The apartment is shared with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It also features a large, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven and microwave) with plenty of storage space, a washing machine and internet connection. The apartment is located on the third floor of the building, which does not have an elevator. Common areas are cleaned twice a month, included in the price. The current housemates are men and women between 20 and 45 who study or work, and the atmosphere at home is quiet.

The apartment is located in Plà del Bon Repòs, Alicante, with a supermarket and a pharmacy within walking distance, offering easy access to the city and its amenities.

The recent renovation guarantees that everything is in excellent condition for your stay.

📝 Please note: All remaining payments after the reservation must be made directly with us. The monthly price already includes €50 for utilities (water, electricity and internet). A one-off €50 final cleaning fee is payable on arrival, by card or bank transfer only. Registration at the address (empadronamiento) is possible for stays of 6 months or longer.
