Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen sind direkt um die Ecke. Bäcker, Restaurants, Cafés sowie Ärzte sind innerhalb wenigen Minuten erreichbar. 

Die Technische Universität München ist mit dem Fahrrad 7 min Entfernt. 
Ein Block weiter befindet sich die Anatomische Anstalt der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.

Gesucht werden 3 Studentin/en die ein organisiertes, ruhiges und sauberes auftreten haben das eine harmonisches zusammenwohnen nichts mehr im Weg steht.

There is also a personal desk with lighting. And most importantly: a comfortable bed to relax in.

The location is perfect for students. Theresienwiese and Munich Central Station are within 10 minutes' walking distance. Shopping facilities are just around the corner. Bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and doctors are just a few minutes away. 

The Technical University of Munich is 7 minutes away by bike. 
One block away is the Anatomical Institute of the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.

We are looking for 3 students who are organized, quiet, and clean so that nothing stands in the way of harmonious cohabitation.
