We just finished building this beautiful miniature villa and we are looking for a lovely tenant to enjoy it as much as we do. The house is 75 sm expanding on 3 levels: the entrance level, the spacious above basement and the mezzanine. The kitchen occupies a mid-level between the dining/living area and the mezzanine. A very unique architectural concept ( that has won the architectural award in Thessaloniki) will definitely keep you fit! All appliances come with the house and are brand new. Fridge, oven, washing machine, solar panels, security camera and AC in every space. High-speed Internet is included in the price. Tenant pays all other utilities.
Heating is through the AC.
The house will come furnished and equipped with all kitchen gadgets and bedding.

The outdoor space is still under development. The attached deck and plunge pool is not ready yet. But the tenant can use the outdoor shower and grow some plants if they want to.
