Minimum stay: 3 Months. Very nice 2 room apartment. The flat has a spacious living room and seperate kitchen, bathroom, balkony and a bed rom. It is fully furnished. All necessary items are included (such as dishes, washing machine etc). If needed, an all inclusive package (incl. electrictiy and internet) can be offered too. Additional costs for those services would be 120€ per month. The flat is closely located to the centre. Only 10-15 minutes by foot. Public transport is nearby too.
