Important information:

Our studios come with all-inclusive rent: That means no extra costs for electricity, water, heating, or the internet.

Our Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation up to four weeks before the beginning of the rental period: 50% of the first month's rent
Cancellation up to two weeks before the beginning of the rental period: 80% of the first month's rent
Cancellation less than two weeks before the beginning of the rental period: 100% of the first month's rent

Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent and payable before move-in, along with the signing of the rental contract.
Rent is due on the 5th of each month for the current month.
