The apartment is located in a quiet courtyard, on the first floor, in the central area, near the Porta Nuova station and the Politecnico. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with up to 2 beds and a bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with a desk.
The rent is calculated for 2 people. in case of additional guests (up to 4) the cost could change. Pls ask!

The apartment is equipped with central heating. Heating costs (not included) depend on consumption. In case of rent during the winter season the heating costs must be added.

The District
The location of the apartment is very popular, because despite being in an area full of shops, bars, restaurants, it is very quiet as it is inside the courtyard. On foot you can go to the center in about 15 minutes, or to San Salvario, full of restaurants and nightlife. The Politecnico is 4 stops from tram 16. In the opposite direction but at the same distance is the Parco del Valentino on the river Po.
