Immaginate un quartiere che a Roma fonde l'autenticità dell'antica città con un tocco di modernità e vivacità... Questo è Testaccio, un luogo ricco di storia, cultura e sapori unici.

Qui si può ancora sentire il palpito della Roma antica, specialmente quando ci si rende conto che il Monte Testaccio, proprio nel cuore del quartiere, è un'antica collina artificiale fatta di frammenti di anfore romane.

Ma Testaccio non è solo storia antica: oggi è un vivace quartiere dove poter sperimentare l'autentica vita capitolina. Le sue strade sono piene di bar, caffè e ristoranti, dove potrete assaggiare i piatti tradizionali romani come la coda alla vaccinara, la trippa alla romana o i famosi carciofi alla giudia.

Parlando di Testaccio è impossibile non nominare la sua vita notturna vibrante. Dalle serate tranquille nei bar di quartiere agli animati locali notturni, ce n'è per tutti i gusti.

Da non perdere sono infine le gallerie d'arte e i murales colorati che riflettono lo spirito innovativo del quartiere, nonché il celebre mercato rionale, il Mercato di Testaccio.

L'appartamento

Perfetto per soggiornare nella Città Eterna, questo trilocale vi farà sentire a casa fin dal primissimo momento. Il bianco delle superfici quali pavimenti, pareti e soffitti, conferisce all'intero ambiente molta luminosità. Vediamo ora i diversi spazi che compongono il trilocale.

Entrando in casa, ci ritroviamo immediatamente in soggiorno. Ad accoglierci c'è un tavolo da pranzo con quattro delle sei sedute totali, posto non lontano dal divano letto e dal mobile TV. La finestra che vi si trova accanto dona luce a tutta la stanza per la maggior parte della giornata. La cucina, dove bianco e legno regnano sovrani, è dotata dei principali elettrodomestici quali forno, microonde, fornelli, frigorifero e lavastoviglie. A rendere unico l'ambiente c'è una panca a muro resa particolarmente confortevole dai cuscini appoggia schiena. Perfetta, insomma, per una colazione al volo prima di una visita in città!

Spostandoci nella zona notte incontriamo le camere da letto. Anche qui il bianco è protagonista indiscusso; sono poi i dettagli a fare la differenza. Nella prima delle due camere da letto matrimoniali, ad esempio, è la fantasia della carta da parati che domina la scena. A completare l'arredamento c'è un piccolo televisore posto di fronte al letto, due comodini con le rispettive abat-jour, un armadio aperto e la porta finestra con accesso al balconcino. Anche nella seconda camera matrimoniale, a catturare la scena, c'è il dipinto dietro la testata del letto, che con i suoi colori tenui ben si sposa con il resto dell'ambiente. Anche qui è presente un televisore e una toeletta che funge da comodino con le rispettive abat-jour.

La chicca di questa stanza è il bagno en suite, completo di vasca-doccia e sanitari. Questo come l'altro bagno dell'abitazione, è caratterizzato dall'effetto marmo che ricopre tutte le superfici. Nel secondo bagno, è presente invece un'ampia doccia di tipo walk-in.

Its streets are full of bars, cafes, and restaurants, where you can taste traditional Roman dishes such as "coda alla vaccinara," "trippa alla romana," or the famous "carciofi alla giudia."

Speaking of Testaccio, it's impossible not to mention its vibrant nightlife. From quiet evenings in neighborhood bars to lively nightclubs, there's something for everyone.

Not to be missed are also the art galleries and colorful murals that reflect the innovative spirit of the neighborhood, as well as the famous local market, the Mercato di Testaccio.

The apartment

Perfect for staying in the Eternal City, this three-room apartment will make you feel at home from the very first moment. The white surfaces, such as floors, walls, and ceilings, give the entire space a lot of brightness. Let's now see the different spaces that make up the apartment.

Upon entering the house, we find ourselves immediately in the living room. Welcoming us is a dining table with four out of the total six seats, placed not far from the sofa bed and the TV stand. The window next to it lets light into the room for most of the day. The kitchen, where white and wood reign supreme, is equipped with all the main appliances such as an oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Making the environment unique is a wall bench made particularly comfortable by the backrest cushions. Perfect, in short, for a quick breakfast before a city tour!

Moving into the sleeping area, we encounter the bedrooms. Here, too, white is the undisputed protagonist; it's the details that make the difference. In the first of the two double bedrooms, for example, it's the pattern of the wallpaper that dominates the scene. Completing the furnishings is a small TV placed in front of the bed, two bedside tables with their respective bedside lamps, an open wardrobe, and the French door with access to the balcony. Also in the second double bedroom, the scene-stealer is the painting behind the bed's headboard, which with its soft colors blends well with the rest of the environment. Here, too, there is a TV and a dressing table that doubles as a bedside table with its respective bedside lamp.

The gem of this room is the en-suite bathroom, complete with a bathtub-shower and sanitary facilities. Like the other bathroom in the house, it is characterized by marble effect covering all surfaces. In the second bathroom, there is instead a large walk-in shower.
