Soggiornare a The Iconic Ceccarini significa vivere Riccione dalla sua prospettiva più esclusiva. Situato in pieno centro, questo appartamento di 110 mq combina ampi spazi e una posizione irripetibile, offrendo il raro privilegio di godersi il viale dall'alto della sua magnifica terrazza.
La zona giorno, luminosa e con cucina a vista, è dotata di nuovi utensili ed elettrodomestici, mentre l'area living accoglie un comodo divano letto matrimoniale. La zona notte si divide tra una camera matrimoniale e una camera con due letti singoli, permettendo di ospitare fino a 6 persone nel massimo comfort, grazie anche ai due bagni completi, entrambi con doccia.
Il vero punto di forza della casa è il grande terrazzo affacciato su Viale Ceccarini. Uno spazio aperto e privato allo stesso tempo, arredato con sdrai, zona pranzo e una doccia esterna: l'ideale per rilassarsi all'aria aperta osservando il passeggio sottostante.
A pochi passi dalle boutique e dal mare, questa residenza offre inoltre l'incredibile vantaggio di un parcheggio auto privato, un dettaglio fondamentale per godersi il cuore di Riccione in totale libertà e senza stress.

Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;

NB solo per i nostri appartamenti di Milano:
per le prenotazioni con check- in tra il 18 marzo ed il 28 aprile 2026 inclusi, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili.Non è consentito il check out per le date comprese dal 17 aprile al 26 aprile 2026 inclusi.

Al termine del soggiorno potrebbe essere richiesto un supplemento per il lavaggio dei tessili.

Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;

PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. E' possibile ricevere un kit biancheria su richiesta, ad un costo extra.
In caso di presenza di animali domestici, saranno applicati sovrapprezzi.
Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Staying at The Iconic Ceccarini means experiencing Riccione from its most exclusive perspective. Located in the center, this 110 sqm apartment combines large spaces and an unrepeatable location, offering the rare privilege of enjoying the avenue from the top of its magnificent terrace.
The living area, bright and with an open kitchen, is equipped with new utensils and appliances, while the living area houses a comfortable double sofa bed. The sleeping area is divided between a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, allowing you to accommodate up to 6 people in maximum comfort, thanks also to the two full bathrooms, both with shower.
The real strength of the house is the large terrace overlooking Viale Ceccarini. An open and private space at the same time, furnished with deckchairs, a dining area and an outdoor shower: ideal for relaxing in the open air while watching the walk below.
A few steps from the boutiques and the sea, this residence also offers the incredible advantage of private car parking, a fundamental detail for enjoying the heart of Riccione in total freedom and without stress.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March the 18th and April the 28th 2026 included, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
The check out between 17th April and 26th April 2026 included is not allowed.

Please note that an extra charge for linen laundering may be required at the end of your stay

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
