The living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, opens onto a cosy dining room with a large table that seats up to six people. From there, you can access a balcony that runs along the apartment and pleasantly extends the living space.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook: an oven, hob, Nespresso machine and various utensils.

There are three bedrooms. The first has a queen-size bed (160x200) and a desk, ideal for working. The second also has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom has a single bed on a mezzanine and a desk area. All beds are made up with hotel-quality linen and each bedroom has generous storage space.

The main bathroom has two sinks, a large shower and a large mirror. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. The toilet is separate for added convenience.

The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi and a smoke detector. A professional cleaning service is provided between each stay.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
