The apartment:
This just renovated very bright 55sqm air conditioned apartment consists of 2 individual bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen
and a bathroom and is equipped with everything you need for comfortable everyday living.
It is located in a quite residential building on the 3rd floor with elevator, the apartment faces the inner courtyard (hence no street noise).
1 private parking space for a city car + bike parking in the condo courtyard is included.

First bedroom features a private balcony, big wardrobe, a professional desk, a queen size bed (140cm), desk chair and an armchair. All bedding (pillow, sheets, blanket) is provided.

Second bedroom features natural hard wood floor, a king size bed (160cm), big wardrobe, professional L-shaped desk, desk chair, armchair.
All bedding (pillow, sheets, blanket) is provided.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, cook top, pots/pan, silverware, dishes.

Upon booking confirmation you have to:
1) provide all of your documents for the contract
-copy of EU ID or passport
-Italian tax code - codice fiscale (if you don’t have it, you can provide it within 21 days of signing the contract)
-proof of exchange program/Phd program enrollment
2) sign the contract
3) pay 2 months of deposit
4) pay the administration fee

If you don't provide the required information within one week of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
