📋 IMPORTANT RENTAL & CHECK-IN INFORMATION

Please read the following conditions carefully before booking.

Upon arrival, the following payments are required CASH ON SITE:

💰 SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit is paid upon arrival and is refundable at the end of the tenancy following the final inspection of the room and common areas.

💰 LAST MONTH’S RENT

The last month’s rent must be paid in advance upon arrival.

💰 ONE-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE FEE

A one-time administrative fee is also payable upon arrival. The amount depends on the length of stay and booking conditions.

🧹 FINAL CLEANING & SANITIZATION

At the end of the stay, €80 per person will be deducted directly from the security deposit to cover professional final cleaning and sanitization.

After the final inspection and any applicable deductions, the remaining security deposit will be returned by bank transfer.
