The apartment is located in a central street of the Spanish Quarter, 10 minutes from Sister Orsola Benincasa University, 5 minutes from Piazza Plebiscito, 5 minutes from Via Toledo, 10 minutes from the subway and funicular. The flat is located at 5th floor of a historical building with lift (the elevator works with a 10 cent coin), the 1950s style apartment offers air conditioning with appliance and heating powered by a Ferrioli furnace, TV in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a small oven, a kettle, microwave, an iron with iron board, a hairdryer, pots, glasses, cutlery and a fully functioning fridge with freezer.
Each room has a balcony with a panoramic view with curtains, there is also a carbon monoxide detector and a smoke detector device.

THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS.

Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out: Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
