Welcome to our charming loft located in the Affori district, just a 5-minute walk from the Affori FN Metro Yellow Line n. 3 station. The surrounding area offers plenty of bars, restaurants, banks, and all the essential services you may need. This fully equipped loft is ideal for singles or couples, accommodating up to 2 people. You will enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a 43" TV, a washing machine, and air conditioning. Plus, we provide all linens, towels, and blankets for a comfortable stay.

The loft is on the ground floor and features an entrance, a kitchen with a stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, table with chairs, Moka coffee maker, kettle, and washing machine. The same room also hosts a sleeping/living area with a double bed, a TV, and a comfortable armchair. A staircase leads to the loft area which can be used as a storage, wardrobe, or leisure/work space. Finally, you will find a lovely bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and bidet.

Our property offers the following amenities for free: linens, towels, fast Wi-Fi (up to 1Gigabit/s), a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a drying rack.

Please note that the tourist tax in Milan has increased as of January 1, 2025. The new rate is €6.30 per person, per night, applicable for
the first 14 nights of your stay. The total tax amount is now €88.20 per person
- due to the city event Salone del Mobile for the month of April there will be a surcharge of 30% on the month rent
- Please note that for check-in after 8pm (standard time), a cash supplement of Euro 100.00 is payable on arrival.
- Monthly rent includes 2 cleaning per month. Extra cleanings have to be paid separately.
