The building has a porter worker in the morning . It is a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The area is full of shops, restaurants , bars. Market is just cross the road and a street market every Friday morning
A nice place to stay next to Univeristy and city centre. Underground stop is Porta Romana quiet area full of shops and restaurants.
bills are electricity 150 and 80 euros monthly, 300 euro to pay for cleaning service and 50 euro monthly and 150 euro final cleaning ( I have to close calendar to clean all the house)
