The surrounding area is a safe neighborhood packed with restaurants, bars, pizzeria and every kind of basic service you may need and boasts a very lively “movida” made mainly of students and young workers who live in the area.

KEEP IN MIND: Other bills include heating, waste, building fees and everything not differently specified. No other fees are required. During winter heating is by radiators and will be regulated by the central plant of the condominium. AC is private and will be made available during summer time. Temperature inside the apartment must to comply with Italian environmental laws. The apartment can host 1 single tenant. Temporary guests can be hosted in the apartment for not longer than 5 days and they have to be authorized by the landlord: a little extra fee of 7€ per day will apply in case. Transitory contract registration is required: in order to do that you have to demonstrate your temporary needs for the apartment such as, for instance, attendance of a university course, participation in an Erasmus program or holding a temporary job contract not longer than 12 months. An administration fee of 100€ applies for contract registration.
