Loft Located in the ground floor courtyard of a quiet building, this loft for four people is a refuge of peace and silence. The apartment is accessed through a courtyard with garden areas reminiscent of classic Italian courtyards.

The space consists of a large living-dining room with an open kitchen, fully equipped to meet daily needs. It has two bedrooms with double beds: the main one with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom, comfortable and bright on a second floor or loft with a second full bathroom outside the bedroom.

The living room opens onto a private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors and dining in the evenings with the scent of jasmine.

With WIFI and an aerothermal system for heating and air conditioning, comfort is guaranteed at any time of the year.
