In the living room you will find a comfortable double sofa bed and a 55-inch television to enjoy your moments of relaxation. The double bedroom has an elegant en-suite bathroom, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, freezer, fridge, microwave, washing machine and all the kitchenware to make your stay comfortable.
The loft also offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning , heating and high-speed Internet.
Located in one of the most dynamic and emblematic areas of Madrid, you will be just a 4-minute walk from the Lavapiés metro station (Line 3) , allowing you to easily move around the center and reach any corner of the city.

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)

BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.

EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
