The day area features a practical living-dining room equipped with a sofa, TV and access to a small exterior balcony with open views of the city — a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a moment of fresh air. The kitchen is independent, runs on gas, and is equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, basic utensils, as well as good storage and countertop space for cooking comfortably.
The night area consists of four bedrooms. The main bedroom is double, exterior and includes wardrobes and a desk. The second bedroom is also exterior, individual, and comes with wardrobes. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the apartment; both are interior, double-sized and equipped with wardrobes and a desk, offering an ideal environment for studying or working from home.
The apartment includes a full bathroom with a shower tray, air conditioning in the living room, laundry area, hot water and high-speed Wi-Fi.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
